Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order with Hanikeds Lifesciences.
A copy of the following documents is required before processing your order:
Freight or courier charges will be paid by the distributor/franchisee.
Product prices and MRP are subject to change without prior notice.
Goods once sold will not be taken back or exchanged.
On the first order of ₹25,000 (excluding GST) or above, one carry bag and one visual aid will be provided free of cost.
Promotional items such as writing pads, pens, product literature, reminder cards, catch covers, key rings, paper weights, etc., will be provided as per the company's promotional scheme.
A minimum opening order of ₹25,000 (excluding GST) is required to avail district-wise monopoly rights, subject to company approval.
Orders will be processed only after the advance payment is received.
To continue the Authorization Letter, regular billing is required as per the company's policy.
No claims for expiry, breakage, or damaged goods will be accepted after delivery.
Hanikeds Lifesciences reserves the right to change product prices, promotional offers, packaging, or business policies at any time.
All disputes, if any, will be subject to the jurisdiction of Panchkula, Haryana.
By placing an order with Hanikeds Lifesciences, the distributor/franchisee agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
